For Sassy Sauce, we recommend long tube noodles like bucatini and perciatelli to bring out the flavors of the calabrian pepper flakes and banana peppers.

For Meat Sauce, we recommend tube shaped pasta like rigatoni, penne, or tagliatelle to best capture this hearty sauce.

Our Sassy Sauce and Chunky Marinara have a 1 year shelf life while our Meat Sauce has a 6 month shelf life. All sauces are shelf stable.

Shelf life testing is conducted on all of our products.
